In most cases, multiple countries are involved. For example, a fabric may have grown in one country, milled in another, and cut somewhere else. We have written where the last process was carried out. For example, the dry-waxed canvas was milled in Scotland, and the inner lining offcuts are from a production activity carried out in Kenya.
