Have you ever thought of yourself as an ancestor?
Humankind for millennia have built tools, techniques, organisations and systems to last. Our ancestors came up with inventions like the wheel, clothing, machinery, and the concept of farming just to name a few, all of which we still use today.
What kind of world do you envision for the future?
We are living at a pivotal time where a collective mindset shift is an actual possibility. More of us are realising that "growth" isn't everything but instead, stability and systems in which we can all thrive might be the future worth building. We envision a world where water is looked at as sacred again, soil is nurtured, plants and animals are valued, and a more equitable world altogether. That's why we think slow fashion and artisan craftsmanship are the future - they allow you to express yourself while having a positive impact on someone else.
