Unfortunately, no. All our bags are made in small-batches and with offcuts or deadstock material which means that once a bag is sold out, you are unlikely to find the same bag in the same colours again.

The canvas used in the Zima bag and Miji bag is dry-waxed hence water-resistant. However, the sisal flap should be kept dry.

The best thing you could do is use your bag often. In doing so, you ensure you are getting full value of your bag in terms of the resources used to make it. When you aren't using it, you can store it in your cupboard with a dust bag. The Zima Bag comes with a dust bag in the packaging.

If the needs arises, the bag should be wiped with a damp cloth.

We are working on it! We are strong believers in making sure products last a long time.

We accept returns of unused full price items that are in the same condition as you received and sent with the original packaging. Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and sent to info@ziimara.com.

Ziimara reserves the right to refuse returns made outside of these conditions.

Returns within the UK are free. Please note that customers outside the UK are responsible for the cost of returning an item. Please note that we are unable to offer a refund on any import duties or shipping costs you may have had to pay to receive the item.

We ship within the UK and to the Unites States. If you're interested in a bag being shipped elsewhere, please contact us on info@ziimara.com and we can see what we can do.

During special events we donate to charity. During our Radiance Event, for every bag sold, we will donate £5 to FareShare, a charity in the UK that redistributes surplus food to those in need. £1 enables the equivalent of 5 meals to be distributed.
